We currently ship to most countries within the European Union.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at nordictrail@outlook.com and we will assist you.
⏳ Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
Most EU orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and product availability.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
NordicTrail OÜ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties
For orders delivered within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.
If shipping to non-EU countries (where available), local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.
