Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with NordicTrail. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. The item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Proof of purchase is required.


💬 How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at nordictrail@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at nordictrail@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Items must not show use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and functionality.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at nordictrail@outlook.com.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless a prepaid label was provided by us.
